The city of Guelph is located about 50Km West of Toronto in the province of Ontario, Canada. Predominantly anglophone.
The study related to DNA finger printing of fish served in restaurants was performed by researchers at the University of Guelph (pronounced GWELF) (www.uoguelph.ca).
