The second one is a very interesting paper.
Its proposal relies on antimatter having negative gravitational charge.
The ALPHA Collaboration at CERN is working towards an experiment to measure just this:
Confinement of antihydrogen for 1000 seconds
Oh, by the way, as it turns out, gravity is not an entropic force!
I just noticed Technology Review posted article today on the Kobakhidze paper:

I’ve refuted your conduit theory before, don’t you remember?

The problem is, you won’t get a constant speed of light, which disagrees with experiment.
Different wavelengths of light contain different amounts of energy per photon (or “cluster”).
In your “conduit” theory, the result will be slow gamma rays and quick radio waves.
Once again: This disagrees with experiment!!!
If you think I’ve misinterpreted your pet “theory”, please, quantify the thing as you see fit!
I promise to reexamine my critique in whatever complete, quantified theory you propose.
Until then, stop acting like such a broken record!
You have this nasty habit of ignoring/forgetting things I say when they challenge your views!
gravity is essentially a statistical effect. There are countless examples of gravity and “anti-gravity” in nature that when reviewed will in fact support this theory of the “statistical effects” of gravity on the ultra small.
I understand gravity to be “a change in state of any particle excited”. This applies to the very small or very large. To understand my thoughts I would recommend this 500 word blog on a strange but very common phenomenon. Gravity and a flying paradox. bit.ly/n4j6om. Nature has most of big questions answered. It’s the details we need to fill in
