I'm the host of this little science show. 
I am wondering why all this talk about Carbon Dioxide, when as far as I know burning fossil fuels releases more Carbon Monoxide, also has anyone considered that, changes in the magnetic field such as polar reversal and weakening of the Van-Allen radiation belt,which has happened in the past, allowing more cosmic radiation, making it hotter, also the time line for polar reversal also fits the time line for evolution, as cosmic radiation also effect the Genetic make up, and also the melting of the ice caps changes the salinity of the oceans disrupting the currents changing weather patterns, and ending up in another deep-freeze (ice age) we may be exasperating the problem with pollution, but there are allot of unknowns, although I think pollution is a problem that has to be dealt with we have to also realize the planet is cyclic as is everything else in nature
